The Python Developer is expected to design, code, and deploy development projects in the Python language

Resource with STRONG skillset and development experience in NodeJS is a MUST

Perform software installations/upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages. Schedules installations/upgrades and maintains them in accordance with established IT policies and procedures. Monitors and tunes the system to achieve optimum performance levels. Installs and monitors security auditing software and remediates defects based on security policies. Ensures workstation/server data integrity by evaluating, implementing, and managing appropriate software and hardware solutions. Develops and promotes standard operating procedures. Provides technical oversight during installations and recovery projects. Conducts routine hardware and software audits of servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines. Develops and maintains a comprehensive operating system hardware and software configuration database/library of all supporting documentation.  Collaborates with vendors on product capabilities and improvements needed to meet requirements.

The following skills and experience are required for this position:

• Experience with systems engineering/administration in a Linux based environment
• Experience installing/upgrading subsystems such as Apache, DBMSs, Python, Perl, etc.
• Experience with VMware technology solutions for virtualization and storage
• Implement and maintain VMware ESXi operating on servers/server clusters
• Create, test, and deploy VMware vSphere environments

The ideal candidate would have the following:

• Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in System Engineering/Administration
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking
• VMWare Certifications
• Azure Certifications
• Experience in containerization technologies, such as Docker or Kubernetes
• Experience with Cisco UCS Manager

You must have experience in delivering large scale front end applications leveraging Micro frontend architecture, monorepos, creating a technology foundation (design systems implemented on a front end tech – react or angular), experience building smooth, performant B2C interfaces and complex interfaces for line of business applications.

• Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, user needs, and technical requirements.
• Define and articulate the technical vision, strategy, and roadmapfor the project and ensure alignment with the client’s business objectives.
• Design and develop high-quality architecture documents and code the base solution for a framework.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Drive technology consulting assignments, providing technical guidance and advice to clients on the latest web technologies, best practices, and trends.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the client’s requirements and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define best practices, design patterns, and reusable components.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest web technologies, best practices, and trends, and incorporate them into our development process.
• Evangelize good web technology practices both internally and with clients.
• Estimateproject effort, staffing needs, schedules, roadmaps, and other operational details to successfully track and drive inflight projects.
• Continually identify emerging trends and position the team to take full advantage of them.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Front-End Architect or Technical Lead in past
• Demonstrable Hands-on Expertise in modern Front-End technologies such as React, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and Node.js.
• Experience with design patterns, architectural principles, and best practices for Front-End development.
• Experience with performance optimization, accessibility, and security.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead a team of developers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
