You must have experience in delivering large scale front end applications leveraging Micro frontend architecture, monorepos, creating a technology foundation (design systems implemented on a front end tech – react or angular), experience building smooth, performant B2C interfaces and complex interfaces for line of business applications.

• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the client’s requirements and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define best practices, design patterns, and reusable components.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest web technologies, best practices, and trends, and incorporate them into our development process.
• Evangelize good web technology practices both internally and with clients.
• Estimateproject effort, staffing needs, schedules, roadmaps, and other operational details to successfully track and drive inflight projects.
• Continually identify emerging trends and position the team to take full advantage of them.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Front-End Architect or Technical Lead in past
• Demonstrable Hands-on Expertise in modern Front-End technologies such as React, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and Node.js.
• Experience with design patterns, architectural principles, and best practices for Front-End development.
• Experience with performance optimization, accessibility, and security.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead a team of developers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
